Everything you need to know before you arrive.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability — ask the front desk.
Payment
A 30% advance confirms your booking; the balance is paid at the hotel. Pay by the transfer details shown on your booking page; the hotel confirms your booking once the money arrives. Unpaid online bookings are released when their payment hold ends.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the advance. No-shows are charged the first night.
Extra persons
Guests over a room's sleeping capacity are charged ৳1,200 each per night, up to 2 extra per room depending on the room type.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included for adults. Children's breakfast depends on their age — see the child policy. It is added to your booking by default; you can leave it out when you book.
House rules
Valid photo ID (NID / passport) for every adult at check-in. No smoking inside the rooms. Quiet hours 11 PM – 7 AM. Outside food delivery to the lobby only.
Weekend & holiday rates
Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays have their own rates. The booking page shows the exact price for every night.
Children
Baby cots are free on request. Children must stay with an adult.
0–4: stay free, breakfast free · 5–10: stay free, breakfast ৳300 per day. Over 10: adult.
